The health is a something to have value and valuable in the human life. Because we know that by health we will be able to do all of daily activity . But it`s too important the meaning of the healthy in the life, there are still many of people to neglect the principle of health life
Actually the habituate life we can start from our self each other and health is not for physical health only , but it will be more complete if we unite with spiritual health

Give to our body the useful food , its mean although that food is delicious to be consumted but if itcan not bring the useful , please to be broken down . and give our spiritual ,good knowledge ,so that the balance of physical and spiritual of some one will bring in the happeness life
But some time we will not care of the important the meaning of health .when we are fill in the health condition. But if we are life weak in the hospital we will realize and longing the meaning of this health
